    Data Specialist: All Channels

    Job Description :

    Purpose of Role

    • To provide the Head of Sales OPS, and ALL Channel Heads, with reliable and credible Masterdata in the accurate format and segmentation, in order for all Systems and Tools to gather, store, monitor, track in-store Sales Execution business drivers and requirements are all aligned.
    • Sales Systems: Collaborate with the Sales Team and Systems Solutions experts to integrate, develop and implement systems solutions to increase commercial results through improved critical metric measurement and reporting, and business processing capability

    Top Accountabilities

    Partner with the Head of SalesOPS, and sales force, to drive key deliverables in Off Trade, On Trade  and Distributor Channels, Effective set-up, roll out, implementation, integration, functioning, reporting and maintenance of the following:

    • Data/Hierarchy management
    • Outlet segmentation application and mapping
    • Run Masterdata and ensure accuracy of data
    • Ensure SOP for Masterdata changes
    • Commercial Scorecard , Execution deck
    • TRAX & 3rd Part SFA system effectiveness and tracking efficiencies
    • Drive alignment across SFA systems – MD and credible reporting
    • Maintain Masterdata Playbook

    Run Masterdata with key Internal & External Vendor systems and ensure consistent alignment of Masterdata at all times

    • SAP
    • Truedata
    • Newspage
    • Trax
    • Imperial/OTI
    • BPM

    Partner with the Head of SalesOPS, internal and external stakeholders to deliver the Customer Masterdata to the Off Trade, On Trade, RTMP, Smollan & Libra.

    • Guarantee the integrity of the data
    • Weekly maintenance (updates and refresh)
    • Make accessible to the Off Trade, On Trade and RTMP Channels, Libra and DFS

    Ensure we keep a central Teams or SharePoint folder where key stakeholders have access to the latest updated MD file

    • Ensure proper folder architecture within folder
    • Ensure latest updated file loaded on folder with relevant date on file
    • Ensure data security of folder (limited access that is compartmentalized)
    • Actively manage Off Trade and RTMP user access to the Folder.

    Partner with CMO and the Channel Teams to drive Everyday Outlet Execution Standards in the Trade & update on MD changes

    • Manage the implementation and update of the Everyday Outlet Execution Standards templates (CMO-Channel-Trax)
    • Ensure CMO receive all updates to MD

    Trade Presence to ensure a connection with Data & Reporting

    • Spend time in trade to understand gaps in 3rd Party SFA, Trax and reporting
    • Identify better efficiencies in SFA & Trax
    • Spend at least 5 days a Quarter in the trade understanding how we improve excellence in execution (min 20 days a year)

    Qualifications and Experience Required

     Qualifications

    • 3-year degree or Diploma in Business Management & processes or Information Systems

    Experience

    • Minimum 3 years’ technical experience:
    • Business Intelligence Systems Management including solution design and implementation
    • Processing and Logic Concepts
    • Data Warehouse and Report Design
    • QlikView, Power BI, Data Lakes, SharePoint
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience:
    • BI solution management
    • Operating in complex, fast paced, multi-channeled FMCG settings
    • Junior line management
    • Strong knowledge & demonstrated delivery in challenging data system environments (solutioning, fault finding, problem solving,)
    • Manage agreed standards of service delivery with 3rd party agencies
