MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The Performance Analytics is an advocator of data & analytics with the overall responsibility to create value through our reporting and analytics capabilities. Continuously monitors our performance and collaborates closely with the Logistics and Customer Experience pillars to drive continuous improvement to prevent potential efficiency losses.

JOB SUMMARY:

Performance Analytics:

• Provide in-depth monitoring of performance through curated reports/analysis
• Drive culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights
• Consistently optimizing our reporting and analytics capabilities
• On-going monitoring of performance -spotting trends and insights & driving any necessary corrective actions.
• Ensuring that analytical insights are delivered to all stakeholders in a timely manner to drive decision making and issue resolution
• Docks in to UniOps to lead troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives.
• Tracking effectiveness of reports/insights and continuously sharpening report types, report design and report content to ensure they are fit for purpose

Professional Skills & Standards of Leadership:

• Tertiary degree
• E2E business understanding
• Performance management Data analytics
• MDM, ERP: SAP (only viewing access), Pega
• Standards of Leadership: Business Acumen; Agility; Passion for high performance, Consumer Love

Experience Required:

• Operational & strategic experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or Customer services: 2-3 years experience
•  Strong evidence of the distinguishing competencies as outlined above
•  Sound business background in order to appreciate the impact of their role within the broader business, and especially with reference on managing and meeting business targets/forecasts.
