    Delivery Manager

    Job Description
    Ensure the smooth delivery of internal and external projects, including bespoke client onboarding, enterprise client projects and internal company changes. This role allows you to have true ownership over a lot of unique and interesting projects, including working directly with a variety of large and interesting companies and a variety of internal teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute the seamless implementation of project deliverables, including client
    • Onboarding, internal projects, international expansions, and other projects as needed
    • Work with internal and external stakeholders on project scope, timelines, dependencies, and identify any issues and remove potential blocker
    • Using your experience and expertise to manage critical merchant and partner projects
    • Using your excellent organisational and hybrid agile and waterfall project management skills, conquering tasks and dividing into sub-tasks so that they can be monitored and tracked
    • Helping to shape scalable processes to prepare Yoyo for growth, ensuring that products and features we are building are operationally able to support large scale setup and internalisation requirements
    • Consistently live out, act, work and exhibit behaviours aligned to and congruent with company values

    Knowledge, Skills & Aptitude

    • Experience managing projects within a B2B environment (a project management qualification is beneficial)
    • Experience working with both standard repeatable projects and custom projects in a longer lifecycle (e.g. 2-4 month projects)
    • Experience working in a Fin-tech or start-up environment [flexible orgs]
    • You have an ability to prioritise workload to work effectively within tight timelines and under pressure
    • You are proactive and willing to embrace the scaleup life to do the work that needs to be done
    • Experience working in client onboarding and large client projects is an asset
    • Experience with scaling products in international markets is beneficial 
    • Previous exposure to mobile payments, Loyalty & Rewards, EPOS, payment tech, or mobile applications are an asset
    • Excellent business English and writing skills
    • Extremely organised and reliable 
    • Proven ability to manage competing stakeholders, priorities and timelines
    • Able to scope, plan, and deliver a project through to completion, starting from scratch 
    • Able to work independently
    • Able to balance short- and long-term objectives, while also having strong commercial awareness
    • Able to build relationship and influence at all levels of a globally distributed organisation, both internally and externally
    • Able to identify and unblock any potential issues that arise for the team or with specific projects
    • Knowledge of project management software and G-Suite is an advantage
    • Adaptability, creativity and innovation, initiative, resilience, consideration, attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems strategic, analytical and intuitive

    Qualifications
    Qualifications and requirements

    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Project Management qualification such a PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA would be helpful.
    • Preferred industry knowledge/experience: working with software development/ fintech’s/ martechs/ payments/ Loyalty / CRMs.
