Dutues:
Reporting directly to the Council Secretariat, the incumbent will perform the following duties:
- Perform business administrave dues by compiling and binding agendas and minutes, Secretarial funcons
- Safekeeping of documents
- Filing
- Liaising with councilors and officials regarding council secretariat issues
Requirements:
- Grade 12 plus Secretarial Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-year relevant experience
