Formal tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services or legal environment.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC (pay per click), email marketing, and social media best practices.
Proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
CRM software exposure (on InterAction would be an advantage)
Sound working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Photography skills would be an advantage.
It's important to note that this role requires expertise in InterAction, which is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software specifically designed for law firms.
