    Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator

    Skills and experience required:

    • Formal tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services or legal environment.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC (pay per click), email marketing, and social media best practices.
    • Proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • CRM software exposure (on InterAction would be an advantage)
    • Sound working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Photography skills would be an advantage.
    • It's important to note that this role requires expertise in InterAction, which is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software specifically designed for law firms.

    • Analytical Mindset: Capability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development and marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
    • Time Management and Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and priorities tasks.
    • Leadership Skills: Capable of setting priorities, providing guidance to junior staff members.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
    • Conscientious, pro-active and service orientated
