Division Secretary at PEP

To coordinate the activities of the Dealz business and provide assistance to the management team in the daily running of the office. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•   General management of office
•   Coordination of team member schedules
•   Organizing and coordinating Dealz events
•   Office reception
•   General Administration (ordering stationery, filing, etc.)
•   Compilation of reports and correspondence
•   Planning and organizing meetings
•   Local and international travelling (forex & visa) and accommodation arrangements
•   General  Dealz stores support as required 

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

•   Grade 12
•   Secretarial Certificate / Diploma or relevant qualification.
•   Computer Literacy: Google suite an advantage, MS Office.
•   Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a secretary
•   Proficient in English
•   Experience with international travel arrangements
•   Competencies required: Problem-solving; decision making; planning, organizing and control;
