Document & Systems Administrator - UG
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors , Higher National Certificate , Matric , National Certificate
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location North West
- Job Field Administration / Secretarial
Purpose of Role
- To assist with the Doc Centre Process through planned, systematic implementation, maintenance and constant updates of the Documentation in accordance with the planned review schedule and all unplanned reviews derived from changes required due to other operational requirements such as MOCs, Incidents, Audits, PTOs from concept to the finalisation and availability on SharePoint Portal platform for end users on the signed off documents.
- Manage SharePoint Portal platform on the display of documentation in the right structures including allocation of metadata, design, developing and publishing of pages, site content etc.
Minimum Requirements (Document & Systems Administrator - UG):

Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Administration/Safety (HSEC)Management or an equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Job specific experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in document control/SHEC management systems within the mining or similar industry.
