    EMEA Total Rewards Analyst

    Job Description Summary

    This role will partner with the EMEA Total Reward (TR) team in delivering reward programs and projects which support the attraction, retention, and engagement of colleagues across the GE HealthCare EMEA region. Working closely with the TR EMEA zone leaders, this role provides guidance and analytical expertise on total rewards practices, policies, and programs. The role will also provide country level TR management support for a select number of countries within EMEA, under the direction of the relevant zone TR manager. This is an individual contributor role requiring operational excellence reporting to the Regional Total Rewards Leader-EMEA.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Provide compensation & benefit analysis and support for various populations & projects across the 45 EMEA countries we operate within.
    • Drive TR process improvement and deployment of best practices applying lean principles.
    • Build software systems & dashboards to optimize pay management decisions.
    • Provide day-to-day TR support for a select number of countries, under the direction of the relevant TR Zone manager.
    • Participate in industry specific salary surveys and provide analysis on survey data as assigned.
    • Provide EMEA level analytics to support the annual salary and incentive planning processes.
    • Benchmark positions with external surveys and analyze market data to provide value-added analysis detailing competitive market positioning for the region.
    • Partner with the EMEA Commercial Operations teams to ensure data accuracy around Sales Incentive eligibility, pay-out modelling, and total target cash competitiveness.
    • Conduct internal job audits & data clean up processes to drive consistency across the region.
    • Review and assess internal pay competitiveness across business functions and levels, including equal pay and gender pay gap analysis. Support due diligence analysis for M&A activities.
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis, including the generation of compensation reports from HRIS systems and creation of models to support business needs, monthly TR processes, and or regulatory compliance.
    • Actively stay abreast of systems and analytics tools and practices that streamline and optimize TR related activities.

    Qualifications

    • Strong analytical, numerical, and modelling skills with a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Previous HR and Reward Experience within Total Rewards is desirable through not essential.
    • Lead with a lean mindset, demonstrating understanding of key objectives of simplification and harmonization.
    • Demonstrate a growth mindset, looking for new possibilities to contemporize our reward offerings and colleague experience.
    • Bachelor level degree in related field or equivalent work experience
    • Experience of working across multiple countries preferably with EMEA.
    • Experience in operating effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a growth mindset.
    • Fluency in Business English.

    Desired Skills

    • Experience in Human Resources/Total Rewards, with thorough knowledge of total reward system tools & technologies.
    • Experience in the Life Sciences, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industries.
    • Workday experience.
    • Ability to analyze large and complex datasets and create data visualizations.
