Honours, Masters or MBA/ MBL (advantage)
Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ working experience in Enterprise Performance Management environment
5 to 8 years’ experience in implementing Enterprise Performance Management system
Coordinating the organisation-wide corporate planning process and the development of strategic, business and annual plans.
Developing a system for monitoring and reporting on corporate goals, objectives and outputs.
Developing Enterprise Performance Management policies, frameworks and procedures, systems and tools.
Assessment of Performance Information for accuracy, validity and completeness.
Development of Corporate Business Plan.
Compiling Quarterly and Annual Reports.
Primary Duties
Guide the organisation-wide corporate planning process and the development of strategic, business and annual plans.
Develop systems to ensure strategic alignment of Rand Water to its mandate, vision, mission and strategic objectives.
Contribute to the resource plans of the organisation, such as the budgeting and the HR planning processes, to ensure that resources of the organisation are aligned to the achievement of strategic objectives.
Create a system to communicate the strategy and its achievement to all relevant stakeholders.
Develop a system for monitoring and reporting on corporate goals, objectives and outputs.
Compile the in-year and end-of-year performance reports and ensure that quarterly and annual reports are developed and presented to the relevant stakeholders and tabled in Parliament.
Review of performance information to ensure completeness, accuracy and validity.
Develop and maintain corporate planning, performance monitoring and reporting policies and procedures, systems and tools.
Provide technical support to the organisation on matters relating to strategy development, implementation and reporting.
Perform special projects as per the direction of the Executives.
