    Responsibilities: 

    Brand Ownership & Strategy

    • Take full ownership of the Faircape Life brand
    • Continuously refine positioning to ensure relevance, differentiation, and growth
    • Align brand strategy with business objectives and sales targets

    Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

    • Drive quality lead generation strategies across digital and traditional channels
    • Work closely with internal teams to improve conversion and sales outcomes
    • Identify gaps in the customer journey and implement improvements

    Marketing & Campaign Execution

    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
    • Oversee content, digital platforms, and campaign performance
    • Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints

    PR & Market Positioning

    • Be actively involved in PR strategy and execution
    • Build and strengthen brand presence in the market
    • Identify opportunities for partnerships, exposure, and brand growth

    Insights & Performance

    • Analyse market trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity
    • Track campaign performance and optimise based on ROI and KPIs
    • Continuously test and refine strategies to improve results

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

    Experience

    • Proven experience in brand management and marketing strategy
    • Knowledge of the property industry or retirement sector would be advantageous 
    • Strong focus on lead generation and strong outcomes
    • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, campaigns, and analytics
    • Experience operating within the luxury market or high-end brands

    Housekeeper

    Job Description

    • The Faircape Group operates 6 high end retirement/lifestyle villages in the Western Cape.
    • We are seeking a Housekeeper at our facility Noordhoek Manor to carry out various cleaning duties and to ensure our facility is in an orderly condition. This is your chance to take pride in maintaining immaculate, comfortable and welcoming spaces that our residents truly enjoy.

    Job duties include, but is not limited to the following:

    • Ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout all areas of the facility
    • Clean designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
    • Perform and document routine inspection activities
    • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects upon request
    • Ensure all walkways remain clear and free of debris
    • Notify management of any repairs required
    • Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately
    • Follow all health and safety regulations

    Experience and knowledge:

    • 3 years cleaning experience preferable
    • Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations
    • Knowledge regarding the proper use of cleaning/chemical agents

    Working Hours and Salary:

    • You will be required to work 16.25 shifts per month, Mondays to Sundays according to the roster. Shifts are from 07h00 until 19h00.
    • The salary will be dependable on experience, qualifications, skills and attributes. 
    • Please note, Sundays are remunerated at time and a half and public holidays are double. (Not included in the basic salary)

    Waiter - Temporary (Maternity Cover)

    Job Description

    • Faircape Restaurant and Catering, part of Faircape Life retirement villages, oprerates in 6 prime locations across the Western Cape, providing dining services to village residents and patients in the onsite healthcare centres. 
    • We are seeking a Waiter (Temporary - Maternity Cover) to join the team at our facility Tokai Estate within the Southern Suburbs.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests and residents are served with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy.

    Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Changing table linen as required and ensuring dirty or damaged linen is counted and exchanged for clean, usable items.
    • Cleaning and refilling cruet and condiment sets.
    • Setting tables to laid-down standards, ensuring that all items used are clean, undamaged and in a good state of repair.
    • Maintain designated areas to meet required hygiene standards
    • Have thorough knowledge of all menu items to confidently recommend or explain options to residents.
    • Serving food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
    • Practicing excellent customer relations at all times, accommodating resident needs without inconveniencing other guests.
    • Handling customer complaints effectively and reporting all complaints to the manager.

    Assistant Carer Supervisor

    Job Description

    • Faircape Health provides the full continuum of care at six world-class healthcare facilities located on-site at six luxury, retirement villages situated in prime locations across the Western Cape. 
    • We are currently seeking an Assistant Carer Supervisor to join our team at our facility Tokai Estate within the southern suburbs.
    • The Assistant Carer Supervisor will ensure that the residents receive the highest standard of care and assist the Carer Supervisor in supporting and guiding the carer team in their day-to-day performance of their jobs.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Supervise and coordinate the carer team by ensuring they are within their allocated areas
    • Ensure the care team is consistently following patient care plans and completing daily charting accurately.
    • Monitor that the carers are following policies, procedures and reporting non-compliance to the Carer Supervisor.
    • Ensure that the carers respond promptly to call/panic buttons, and oversee that the accurate procedure is followed 
    • Assist carers with care tasks, activities, and exercises when necessary
    • Addressing staff queries and providing guidance and ensure resolution 
    • Monitor residents' condition changes that may affect care plans and communicate concerns to the Shift Leader.
    • Identify and escalate where carer training intervention might be required to the Carer Supervisor 
    • Submit daily handover reports and ensure carer equipment is distributed to staff and neatly stored in designated areas at the end of each shift 
    • Promptly report and document incidents.
    • Ensure patient inventory e.g nappies and toiletries are sufficiently stocked 
    • Perform weekly spot checks on resident rooms, equipment, and physical health.
    • Follow infection control procedures and conduct quality checks.
    • Ensure grooming photos, including hair, nails, and overall appearance, are taken and uploaded as required 
    • Ensure ongoing communication with the team to address any concerns regarding staff scheduled for the next day, and promptly escalate issues to the Carer Supervisor or Healthcare Administrator if necessary

    REQUIREMENTS:

     Education and Qualifications:

    • Grade 10 - 12 
    • Acknowledged carer qualification (advantageous) 

    Experience and Knowledge : 

    • Proven experience within a management/supervisory capacity 
    • Experience working as a carer would be an advantage
    • Possess strong and accurate computer and administrative skills to manage documentation and records efficiently

    Understand key principles in caring for the elderly, including:

    • Core carer competency skills
    • Dementia care
    • Palliative care
    • Rehabilitative care
    • Manual Handling knowledge & skills
    • Fall prevention knowledge & skills
