    F&B Controller 1 - Emperors Palace

    Job Purpose

    To control the F&B COS, with full understanding of how we achieved the result in both the physical manner & in a report format.

    Qualifications

    • Formal Qualifications

    Minimum:

    • Matric
    • Diploma in Bookkeeping or Hospitality or any related field

    Minimum Requirements

    • Prior Experience

    Minimum:

    • Must have practical experience in stock counts & stock control.

    Main Resposibilites

    • Perform daily,10 day (about 1 and a half weeks)& Monthly stock counts.
    • Produce Daily, 10 day & Monthly cost reports & Analyse stock variances.
    • Perform Recipe costing.
    • Perform GL reconciliation of Food & Beverage Stock.
    • Spoilage investigation.
