Facilitator at City of Cape Town

Requirements

• Higher Certificate (Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development) or Basic Municipal police Officer/Traffic Officer Certificate
• 2 years’ experience as a facilitator and assessor
• 4 years’ relevant experience within an enforcement environment Field training officer background
• Code EB driver’s license
• Perform standby duties as per roster and instruction as and when required
• Working hours includes 24 hours shift system based on operational requirements
• Required to do on the job training and mentoring of staff as determined by the relevant line managers as and when required
• Exposure to all weather conditions
• Exposure to conditions associated with shooting Ranges including but not limited to noise, smoke, long periods standing/walking
• Physically fit and abled bodied for the duration of employment
