    Facilities Coordinator

    About the Job

    Job Description
    Main purpose of the job

    • To ensure the effective coordination and administration of projects, tasks and maintenance services relating to the PPECB's facilities and management of relationships with the relevant stakeholders.

    High level job objectives

    • To collaborate with business to identify the needs and requirements for the optimal working of facilities in line with relevant legislations.
    • To ensure all PPECB facilities meet audit requirements, compliance standards, Government regulation and legislation.
    • To ensure goods and services needed for facilities are procured in line with PPECB processes.
    • To ensure effective management of contracts relating to facilities goods and services.
    • To ensure that quality standards, policies and procedures.
    • To give input and manage the Facilities budget (Building Repairs and Maintenance)

    • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Facilities/Building Management

    Experience

    • Experience in working in a Facilities/As Built Environment.
    • 3 Years
    • Experience in managing contracts, relating to goods and services, including but not limited, to (HVAC systems, grey water Water Tanks, Grounds maintenance and landscaping, Stock coordination and control (consumables and stationery), Hygiene services, landscaping, Handy-man tasks, Office Cleaning, pest control.
    • 3 Years
    • Experience in working with building plans, SG diagrams, Site layouts.
    • 3 Years
    • Experience in contractor management
    • 3 Years
    • Health and Safety related to buildings and working with contractors.
    • 3 Years
    • Project management experience
    • Working exposure within a public sector in Facilities.
    • 3 Years
    • Experience in team leadership and management.
    • 3 Years
    • Experience in negotiation.
    • 3 Years
    • Financial experience in managing budget.
    • 3 years
    • Experience in report writing.
    • 3 years
