Field Auditors

• It is crital that the Field auditors collect the data according to Nielsen Standards and that they comply with the methodology and at all times collect data with integrity.

Basic purpose and objective of the Job

• A field auditor is responsible to visit Households and collect data.

Principle Duties

• Log into QCT tracker daily when in field
• Ensure daily field plan on QCT Tracker is followed
• Ensure task allocated on QCT tracker is completed
• Visit households as per schedule
• Collect data/information in compliance wth Global and/or regional SOP standards
• Meet Operational and quality objectives(KPI) obtaining 98% reporting data
• Comply with confidentiality standards (Panel Security SOP)
• Timely delivery of data as required according to methodology specifications
• Timely communicate changes of visit plan to supervisors or office personnel
• Recruit households and ensure good cooperation, maintain panel objectives
• Inform supervisor of any potential cooperation issues (change, renovation, refusal or cooperation etc.)
• Maintain proper administrative records as required
• Any other unmentioned activities related to fieldwork(special projects)

 

Knowledge And Skills Required

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• High integrity record
• Comfortable working with data, numbers and capturing/reporting information
• Good communication skills and a pleasant personality
• Active and willingness to travel from one place to another
• Attention to detail and inquiring mind
• Ability to work well under pressure and set timelines
• Team player with a collaborative disposition
