Finance Administrator - Modderfontein
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 5 years
- Location Gauteng
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Job Description
- Annual SARB approvals and entity financial reviews.
- Assisting in Month-end close / Half Year close / Year-end close including Cognos Reporting.
- Checking chart of Accounts / Debtors / Creditors – Maintenance
- Analysis and clearing of GRIR account
- Monthly Standard Journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Responsible for all aspects of fleet vehicles
- Processing all local & foreign expense claims
- DTI and audit certificates for foreign royalties
- Daily cash forecast
- Prepares specific managerial reports and assists with financial statements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years financial related experience
- National Diploma or Advanced Certificate - Finance related
- Strong understanding of accounting office practices and accounting classifications
- Advanced skills in, Excel, PowerPoint and other analytical tools
- SAP experience
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
