    Finance Administrator - Modderfontein

    Job Description    

    • Annual SARB approvals and entity financial reviews.
    • Assisting in Month-end close / Half Year close / Year-end close including Cognos Reporting.
    • Checking chart of Accounts / Debtors / Creditors – Maintenance
    • Analysis and clearing of GRIR account
    • Monthly Standard Journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
    • Responsible for all aspects of fleet vehicles
    • Processing all local & foreign expense claims
    • DTI and audit certificates for foreign royalties
    • Daily cash forecast
    • Prepares specific managerial reports and assists with financial statements

    Qualifications & Experience    

    • Minimum of 5 years financial related experience
    • National Diploma or Advanced Certificate - Finance related
    • Strong understanding of accounting office practices and accounting classifications
    • Advanced skills in, Excel, PowerPoint and other analytical tools
    • SAP experience
    • Ability to analyse and interpret data
