Financial Manager at Communicate Recruitment

Job Description:

• Support and gradually take ownership of delivering an integrated financial accounting and administrative function to the business
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
• Oversee and optimise working capital, including debtors, creditors, and cash flow management
• Prepare and provide insightful analysis on monthly financial reports for head office
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and internal reporting requirements
• Assist in strengthening and maintaining internal controls and financial processes
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger accounts, and journal entries for accuracy
• Contribute to capital expenditure planning and cost optimisation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the finance team, with opportunities to develop people management skills
• Liaise with auditors and other external stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to ad hoc projects

Qualification:

• CA(SA), ACMA,CGMA, PA(SA) or AGA(SA)
