Description
- Grade 12
- A trade certificate in automative mechanics will be an added advantage
- Valid Driving Licence
- 18 months experience in fleet management/mechanical repairs
- Computer Literacy
Requirements

DUTIES
- Allocation of pool vehicles as and when required
- Compilation of logbooks required for each vehicle
- Filing of various documents e.g. trip authorities, log-sheet returns, payments requisition returns, vehicle registration certificates and transport memorandum
- Updating vehicle maintenance and repairs records
- Making of various copies of all required documents
- Service bookings on due vehicles
- Conducting vehicle inspection before and upon returning from trip to trip undertaken
- Compiling reports as and when required
- Performing all other transport related tasks as and when required
