At least six years’ relevant working experience in a facility maintenance environment

Primary functions
Develop and implement a maintenance plan for Tshwane Market facilities
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports on the maintenance plan and the status of Tshwane Market facilities
Audit electrical and mechanical installations and implement corrective measures where applicable
Install and replace meters where required
