Description

• We are looking for a talented GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR to join our team specializing in SERVICE for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG, SOUTH AFRICA.

In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

• Building supplier relationships and to ensure accounts are up to date.
• Assist with project initiatives related to the operations of the workshop
• Use the SAP to create, track and manage purchase orders
• Overall office guidance for ordering stationery, PPE and other related products, services for the MRC workshop
• Control and track overtime for workshop staff in aid of the Supervisors.
• Ad hoc functions to aid the Production Planner and related tasks to streamline operational functions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

• Matric, Grade 12
• 5 year experience in admin related roles
• Workshop environment experience is beneficial
• Operational experience is beneficial
