Grant Compliance Administrator

- Job Field Administration / Facilities
- Salary Range R400,000 - R500,000/month
Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Up to 5 years’ experience with conditional grants, agreements, contracts and/ or compliance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- The post preferably requires the incumbent to have some legal or regulatory background to support the analysis of contracts and agreements.
Key Performance Areas
- Provides support to the Head: Grant Compliance in respect of regulatory and legislative compliance matters, specifically relating to grant agreements.
- Assists with administration and legal vetting of grant agreements.
- Conducts compliance reviews of draft grant agreements/ contracts.
- Administer all grant agreements/ contracts in a manner that complies with applicable legislation, regulations and policies.
- Sourcing and administration of non-gazetted/ external grants.
- Submits reports on status of grant agreements and supportive documentation.
- Coordinates staff and administrative matters to ensure adherence to the relevant City of Cape Town policies
