Group Executive: Chief Operations Officer at PRASA

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• NQF 8 Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration/Engineering/Transport Management/Economics

EXPERIENCE:

• 15 years in a multi-functional organization (10 – 15bn expenditure, ≥10 000 employees) of which 5 years should be at executive level
• Extensive experience in leading major transformation within an organization
• Extensive Background in either Operations and/or Business management

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)

• Develop the Operations strategy and framework
• Oversee and direct Group Operations
• Management of stakeholder relationships
• Direct and oversee Operations governance, compliance, and risk management
• Management of organizational resources.
