Key Performance Areas
Manages and coordinates the key performance areas and result indicators associated with the provision of an effective strategic function with regard to the development and implementation of the directorate's HR, housing strategic and business plans
Oversee, coordinates and manages all process relating to the Directorate's performance regarding its strategic objectives and business plans by: ensuring that the Directorate Achieves its set targets and objectives
Manage and implements of procedures and systems associate with controlling document flow, quality systems and service delivery improvement programme
Manage, coordinate and report on all structural, position and operational changes
Coordinating submissions of DOI’s and Private Work Applications
Coordinating and handling of ER matters i.e. providing support and advice on grievances, disciplinary cases, initiation
Coordinating establishment of OHS committees including coordination of IOD’s
Drive, oversee, coordinate, develop and implement the Directorate's Staffing and Workplace Skills Plan including the implementation of additional training interventions and ensuring the compliance of procedural requirements associated with training and development of staff
Oversee and manage the entire recruitment and selection function for the directorate
Manage and coordinate business improvement projects within the directorate.
