Minimum years: relevant experience 7-10 years

Job Purpose:

• Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the incumbent of thi sposition will be responsible for planning, prioritising and co-ordinating the supply chain operations to ensure cost and service optimisation.

 
Education: Essential

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with a Commercial specialisation

 
Job Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Senior Supply chain / Commercial role
• SAP and Microsoft Office knowledge and experience

 
Licenses/ Certifications:

• Valid driving license

 
Key Performance Areas:

• Develops and manages a high performing team
• Formulates strategies to optimise the organization’s overall supply chain costs and service
• Continuous improvement of logistics systems and processes 
• Manages relationship with suppliers, Service Level Agreements (SLA) and performance management
• Stock management service levels
• Defines and implements policies and procedures
• Budget and reporting
