Job Responsibilities

This job description requires experts in the field of data center infrastructure to act as the head of the data center in the designated area, and be responsible for:

• Support regional teams to achieve DCF business objectives
• Guide and support regional and representative office teams to win projects
• Establish customer relationship with CXO level, hold high and achieve strategic customer breakthrough
• Build ecology and leverage partner resources for data center business practice in the region
• Through thought sharing and dissemination, Huawei has become the thought leader in the business field of data center in the region
• Train internal and external teams

Support and guide the region in building business leadership in the following areas:

• Market trend, scale, competitive analysis and competitive positioning
• Sales, solutions and delivery strategies
• Enhance regional organizational capacity
• Launch of new products and Solutions
• Key marketing activities
• Align business, improve sales tools, BVP, SVP, etc

Position Requirements

Business Skills Requirements:

• Deep business experience in business development, P & L (profit and loss), technology management, consulting, EPC, life cycle management and other fields
• Have the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Have the ability to develop ideological leadership through sales consulting like industry experts (SME).

Professional knowledge requirements:

• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, key drivers, trends, technologies, sales targets and sales models
• Have rich experience and deep understanding of key technologies of data center infrastructure (power supply system, temperature control system, management system, etc.).
