Homeschool Tutor | Waterkloof | R250 Per Hour at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Area: Waterkloof
• Children’s Ages: Grade 10 – Girl
• Working hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 09:00 – 12:00 (School terms only)
• School holiday hours: Not required (Unpaid)
• Duties: Subjects: English HL, Afrikaans FAL, Life Orientation, Business Studies, Tourism, and general academic support across the curriculum. The student had separate subject-specific tutors for Mathematics and Physics. Responsible for facilitating the school day, ensuring the student remained on schedule with coursework, completed assignments and assessments on time, and was adequately prepared for tests and examinations. Monitored the accuracy and quality of completed work, provided guidance where needed, and tracked academic progress to ensure learning objectives were met. Adapted support strategies to suit the student's learning style, encouraged independent study habits, and maintained regular communication with parents regarding progress, challenges, and areas requiring additional support.
• Special Requirements: Someone with the necessary tutoring experience.

• Start Date and contract term: 20 July – permanent  
• Salary: R250ph | +- R9750pm (Gross, before deductions)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
