    HR Administrator

    Description

    Our Company is looking for an individual with a high degree of intergrity and confidentiality. Someone who can work in a structured and systematic manner.     Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 is essential.
    • Relevant tertiary qualification and or working experience with a medium to large workforce (500+ employee) will be advantageous.
    • Experience with Payspace and or S-Qube systems will be advantageous.
    • Knowledge about legislation with regards to employee administration, payroll and time and attendance will be advantageous.
    • Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
    • Accurate working ability with attention to detail is essential.
    • Must be task driven and deadline orientated.
    • Must be organised and work in a structured and systematic manner.
    • Must be able to multitask, prioritise and perform under pressure in order to manage complex and high-volume payrolls.
    • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
    • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
    • Computer literate.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure all payroll, time and attendance and employee documentation are complete and fully approved before it is processed.
    • Process monthly and interim payrolls accurately and timeously based on the deadlines provided.
    • Process and maintain time and attendance information to ensure accurate payment and access control.
    • Conduct reconciliations and checks to validate payroll and time and attendance information and processes.
    • Be the point of contact for all payroll related queries and escalate the query when it cannot be resolved.
    • Process third-party payments.
    • Administer, process and maintain employee records and benefits including appointment, transfer, termination and other relevant   documentation.
    • Perform and assist the HR department with ad hoc admin duties.
    • Generate HR related reports.
    • Ensure organised and structured systems with regards to office administration, HR information systems and employee files.
