    HR Administrator

    Description

    • Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a new challenge working in a global role but based in our Durban office.
    • We are looking for a pro-active and detail orientated individual with HR administration experience to join our global HR team. This extremely varied role will provide support to our HR team (based in the UK and Singapore) in their aim to deliver a world class service to our companies and sites across the globe, including the UK, US, China, Singapore, South Africa, Brazil, Columbia, India and Thailand .
    • This role will work across MMR Research Worldwide, a leading international market research agency specialising in consumer and sensory research, as well our family companies Huxly, Kicr, Ideal Insight and the Together agency.
    • Based at our offices in Durban (Umhlanga), you will primarily be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across the full range of HR tasks, including;

    Requirements
    Global responsibilities:

    • Preparing necessary paperwork for employees (e.g. starters and leavers documentation, contractual changes)
    • Updating the HR database and maintaining employee records and personnel files.
    • Scheduling induction programmes for new starters
    • Assisting in payroll administration
    • Assisting with recruitment as and when required
    • Administering internal & external training as required.
    • Active involvement in MMR’s reward and recognition scheme
    • Collection of HR information to be shared in our company wide newsletter
    • Supporting with and coordinating HR projects, initiatives and meetings
    • South Africa office administration, e.g. liaising with serviced office team, room bookings
    • Actively involved in the South Africa Wellbeing and Social committee
    • Responsible for communicating any governmental requirements for Covid safety
    • Liaising with local agencies for payroll / healthcare / medical insurers
    • Supporting any other administrative tasks as required for HR and South Africa

    Local responsibilities:
