Job Description

• The successful candidate will be responsible to give line managers advice on HR and IR guidelines. As regulations change, make sure corporate policy procedures are timely updated. Work in conjunction with line managers to develop performance management guidance eg:coaching, counselling, disciplinary action etc.

• Must have high levels of integrity and ethical standards. Have the ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels. You must be confident, self-motivated professional who uses own initiative and be able to stand up to and challenge decisions when required.
• Must have a degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology or any related field
• Must have retail and operational experience
• Very strong IR experience is required
