    HR Business Partner - Mining Industry

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree / BTech degree in Human Resources
    • Certificate in Industrial Relations and/or Conflict Management
    • Strong background knowledge of HR Systems Sage People / VIP
    • SDF Certified and completed courses in CCMA, Payroll, Safety and First Aid
    • 6+ years of HR Officer/ HR Business partner experience in the mining environment
