    HR Coordinator

    About The Role
    The HR Coordinator supports in a variety of Human Resources activities. The role provides effective and proactive support across the entire employee life cycle, HR systems and processes.

    The HR Coordinator is the first point of contact for employees, the position will provide prompt and informative responses and where unsure, will connect with other HR/Talent team members to source answers. The position is an important ambassador for HR and will ensure the employee life cycle processes run smoothly and provides a consistent HR service to the business.

    Your Contribution Will Be
    HR Services

    • Employee On-boarding; take handover from TA and manage the on-boarding process with the employee’s manager. Ensure new starter paperwork is sent and received back, HRIS entries are complete, Workflows are actioned and host HR on-boarding calls with new starter.
    • Employee changes; letter creation, system updating and communication with managers.
    • Termination; letter and document creation, off-boarding processes including updating systems, all while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
    • Immigration; supports working right checks, visa applications and reporting.
    • Payroll; work closely with the Payroll team and ensures that all information is up to date for Payroll processing and provides reviews Manage the #help_hr channel; the HR Slack channel is the first point of call for many employees and questions must be answered within a 24hr period. If unsure of the answer, the HR Coordinator will source the answer from a member of the HR team.

    Benefits, Compliancy And Reporting

    • Support the yearly benefits renewal with the HR Manager, submits required reporting and prepare employee facing documentation.
    • Ensures compliancy and confidentiality standards are met for employee data security in the HRIS and Personnel files. Ensure the highest level of data integrity when inputting data.
    • Prepare reporting for HR Manager and external government bodies.

    Health, Wellbeing and Community

    • Create an engaging, safe, and healthy environment for employees with the support of the global office team.
    • Coordinate the Culture Committee and CSR initiatives.
    • Maintain and develop the Slack Channels in region that focus on culture and well-being.
    • The HR Coordinator will be required to coordinate ad hoc projects as assigned and provide general administrative support
    • This HR Coordinator may support Performance Management issues and seasonal HR events with guidance from Senior HR leadership

    Graduate Program

    • Lead and manage program allocated Technical Associates. Ensuring a positive experience for program participants and successful completion of the program.
    • Review and incorporate training and objectives to reflect the entire Nintex stack, including Connectors, as part of the program curriculum.
    • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate new elements for the program as well as delivering training and providing support to our Technical Associates.
    • Talent acquisition through channels such as career fairs, job portals, etc.
    • Compile assessments and evaluate Graduate Program regularly.
    • Maintaining and monitoring completion of training and related transcripts
    • Compile progress reports and supporting documentation to claim Disbursements from the MICT SETA
    • Assess and incorporate training across the Nintex platform and products.

    To Be Successful We Think You Need

    • Degree in Business Administration/HR or 3+ years’ experience in similar role, ideally in an IT company
    • SDF- Skills Development Facilitator Certification
    • BBBEE, Training and Development, Internship experience
    • MICT SETA
    • UltipPro (UKG) experience highly desirable
    • Officevibe or CultureAmp experience highly desirable
    • MS Office Suite
    • Excel – beginner to intermediate
    • Social and Design tools such as Slack/Canva/MS Teams
    • SharePoint
    • Strong business development, account management and relationship management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills – great influencer, passionate about the team, loved and respected by partners and customers
    • A great sense of teamwork; motivated by helping others and knowledge sharing within the team
    • A high level of trust and integrity
    • Strong attention to detail – pays attention to quality of work produced, ensuring excellence and always seeking ways to improve outputs.
