HR Generalist - JHB at Dynexity

Must have completed Bachelors Degree in HR coupled with 5- 10 years of experience in the field of HR Management.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Full payroll administration - calculating deductions, bonuses, commissions, tax submissions and ensuring the business is fully tax compliant
• Recruitment & selection - coordinate interviews and onboardings, maintain employee files etc.
• Employee Relations- conflict management, performance management and ensuring company's best IR practices
• Legislative Compliance- BCEA, LRA , COIDA and OHSA
