    HR Intern (Atlas Copco Group)

    Job description

    • We are seeking a motivated and mature HR Intern to join our team for a 12-month internship based at our Jet Park offices. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate looking to gain practical experience in human resources within a professional environment.

    Desired qualification

    • Relevant qualification in Human Resources or related field.
    • Administrative experience would be advantageous.

    Key responsibilities 

    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
    • Help prepare HR documents (contracts, offer letters, employee files)
    • Ensure proper filing (digital and physical records
    • Assist with onboarding of new staff
    • provide switchboard relief when needed
    • welcome and escort visitors from reception area
