Job description
- We are seeking a motivated and mature HR Intern to join our team for a 12-month internship based at our Jet Park offices. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate looking to gain practical experience in human resources within a professional environment.
Desired qualification
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Administrative experience would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help prepare HR documents (contracts, offer letters, employee files)
- Ensure proper filing (digital and physical records
- Assist with onboarding of new staff
- provide switchboard relief when needed
- welcome and escort visitors from reception area
