Duties includes Staff support, Recruitment and Selection, Training / Career development /Up-skilling of staff, Full Payroll function on VIP that is preparation of payroll, posting provident fund / medical aid, UIf submission Leave monitoring and capturing, Performance Management and Updating the legislation documents. The successful mus be matriculated.Diploma / Degree in Human Resources 5 years HR Management Experience, Financial Services Industry experience would be advantageous. If you are passionate about people, can work independantly, computer literate on VIP Payroll / Payroll software, and Excel Advance skills
