    Human Resources Administrator

    Main responsibilities 

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support across key HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, leave administration, and HR reporting. 
    • Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment and on boarding processes, including, interview logistics, candidate communication, and induction arrangements. 
    • Draft, compile and manage HR documentation, policies, minutes, and official correspondence to ensure effective internal communication and compliance. 
    • Monitor, track, and maintain employee records such as leave, performance, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness. 
    • Assist in planning and organising HR workshops, meetings, and functions, including logistical arrangements and procurement support for the HR Office. 
    • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues to support the efficient functioning of the HR unit. 
    • Prepare and submit claims, manage budgets, and ensure accurate expenditure reporting. 
    • Serve as a point of contact for the Sub-programme, manage procurement requests, stock, and logistics. 

    Coordination of asset insurance claims.

    • HR Support in the following areas Recruitment and Selection 
    • Performance Management 
    • Leave administration 
    • HR documents and records management 
    • HR Office Administration 

    Minimum requirements 

    • National Diploma in HR Management or relevant NQF 6 qualifications. 
    • Experience in working with SAGE People 300. 
    • 3–4 years’ HR administration or relevant experience.
