Minimum of five (5) years’ experience of which three (3) years must be as Assistant Director within related field.
Certificate in PERSAL is compulsory.

Knowledge and Skills Extensive knowledge of HR policy frameworks, education legislation and policies and public service legislation and policies pertain to HR Provisioning. Knowledge and experience related to the costing and preparation of inputs for Compensation budgeting processes. Functional computer literacy
