The HR Associate will support the HR department in various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and training and development. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
About you
Relevant suitable degree.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology or related field.
3 to 4 years in a generalist role in HR.
Understanding of the employee life cycle processes.
Proficient & broad understanding of HR systems, processes, and 3rd party providers.
