    Route to Market Manager

    About the job

    • To develop and execute route to market strategies for traditional trade in South Africa ensuring optimal products availability, visibility and penetration.
    • Drive Sales growth, enhancing distributor performance, and maximising market coverage by tailoring coverage models to unique dynamics of informal markets particularly spazas and independent retailers and midis
    • Build and maintain strong relationship with distributor partner(s) optimize operational efficiencies and implements sustainable solutions to meet business objectives while aligning with consumer and trade needs.
    • Management of route-to-market initiatives & pre-sellers to optimize trade channels & retail outlets particularly spazas. Ensuring effective coverage of outlets, merchandizing & shoring up the number of Traditional Trade outlets in Market

    About you

    Qualification(s)

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Economics & Data Analysis
    • (Alternatively suitable degree)

    Experience

    • 5-7years hands on experience
    • Experience in FCMG RTM/Channel Management/Distributor Management
    • Strong communication skills
    • Excellent self-organizational skills
