Human Resources Business Analyst at DRA Global

DRA Global is looking for an HR business analyst to play a critical role within our Corporate HR team, in collecting, structuring, analysing, and reporting on HR processes and data.

Helping to define problems and leverage data to solve these challenges. You will need your skills in data analysis, business acumen, relationship management, HR expertise, communication, HR systems, and cultural awareness.

Key deliverables

• Developing standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
• Researching, analysing, and presenting data as assigned.
• Writing detailed reports.
• Troubleshooting data and reports.
• Assisting in rollout and implementation of HR programs.
• Assisting in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience Required

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with extensive data analysis skills essential
• 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources reporting functional will be advantageous

Formal qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce is essential
• Honours or masters will be advantageous
