Human Resources Intern -ER at Sappi

The main responsibilities of the job:

• Prepare employment documentation for onboarding of new employees.
• Participate in shortlisting and interviewing of candidates for vacancies.
• Perform HR administration.
• Resolve human resources related enquiries brought by employees.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Grade 12/ Matric qualification.
• Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• No prior experience required. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal will be advantageous. 
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
