Job Summary

A client – a Multi-National manufacturer of some of the most loved personal care brands across the world is recruiting for an Insights & Research Manager (Head of Department). Ensure delivery of game changing consumer and shopper insights that provide a competitive edge and drive innovation. Identify category, customer and geographical insights across different business units to drive growth.

Manage & develope a team to deliver world-class insights solutions and projects. Define and execute the Research strategy. Pro-actively identifying gaps in the market and informing the Brand by providing insights and recommendations for strategic projects to ensure growth in the market.

Non Negotiable Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Social Science, Economics, Marketing)
• Proven track record in managing internal staff and external stakeholders (Agencies)
• Proven track record of managing Research/Insights projects within the FMCG environment
• Shopper, Market and Consumer Insights experience
• FMCG /Cosmetics experience
• Ability to draw insights from big data
• Proven track record on providing insights from multiple sources
