Job Description:

Your responsibilities include:

• Disseminate best practice in instrumentation aspects
• Auditing high risk and safety critical areas
• Analysing and identifing problems on the current control solution
• Supporting on existing instrumentation, networks and hardware
• Calibration and maintenance of all equipment within the control solution
• Assisting with commissioning for onsite
• This role is in Engineering Department at a C5 level reporting to Instrumentation Engineer

Qualifications:

• National N6 Diploma + Trade Test.
• OR
• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Process Instrumentation) (T3/S4).
• Registered as a Professional Engineering Technician with ECSA will be advantageous.

To be successful, you will have the following experience: 

• 3 years relevant work experience in the mining industry.
• Additional information:
• Advanced computer literacy
• Good decision making skills
• Valid driving licence code 08

If successful, you will be required to undergo a Medical Fitness Test
