• We are on the look out for an experience Information Technology Manager with a proven track record of leading Information Security Professionals. As the lead of our Global Edge Team, the role holder will be responsible for managing the team and processes required for the provision of 24/7 Information Security services to customers globally, ensuring effective service level management and project delivery.

Key Accountabilities

• This role will be accountable for operational planning, process and service management, continuous improvement, and planning, prioritizing and management of operational delivery to support the Information Security strategies.
• Defining the commercial impact and benefits of an Information Security project or product.
• Defining business and technical specifications for Information Security solutions.
• Creating project decomposition and work breakdown structures for projects allocated to global IT delivery teams
• Ensuring the team is fully staffed and equipped with the resources and skillset required for team effectiveness. 
• Developing and managing team members in line with technical requirements and organizational culture and objectives.
• Team adoption of process changes.
• Coordination of task team delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end Information Security product lifecycle
• Identifying and resolving Information Security services process bottlenecks, quality, and compliance issues. 
• Analyzing service delivery and product measurements to identify automation and other improvements.
• Service provider expectations and aligning practices accordingly. 
• Driving stakeholder adoption of any changes that may affect Information Security service/product delivery.

• Proven track record of effective people management and team development.
• Extensive knowledge of information security principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating and maintaining information security policies and procedures.
• Ability to assess risk and implement appropriate security controls.
• Proven ability to manage security projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to identify security issues and develop solutions.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to information security.
• Experience in developing and delivering security awareness training.
