Junior Payroll Consultant
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors , Higher National Certificate , National Certificate
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Gauteng
- City Johannesburg
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Experience Needed:
- 1 to 3 Years Payroll experience
Payspace experience
- Dynamic individual who will be a able to interact with different clients, be able to do Demo`s to partners.
- Update all information as required by SARS
- Submit IRP5 information to SARS - bi-annually and at tax year-end
- Mail IRP5's to staff who had resigned
- Assist staff with package structuring
- Ensure that the contact list is updated
- Assist with all personal and private cases of employees
- Respect all confidential matters
- Assist staff in completing relevant forms for Compensation Fund when injured on duty
- Assist with Soft Skills Plan
- Assist with Employment Equity Plan
- Assist with any Ad-Hoc queries as required by the HR Director
Education:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree
