    Key Account Manager (Back Office) - Kempton Park

    Würth South Africa Co. (Pty) Ltd, is actively looking for a talented, vibrant, highly motivated and disciplined Key Account Manager (Back Office) who will represent the company as a brand ambassador offering sales services to our customers.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric or Equivalent
    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced, results-oriented environment
    • Proactive, can-do approach to problem-solving
    • Ability to influence toward productive outcomes without having formal authority over partners
    • Excellent communication and customer management (verbal and written) skills
    • Proficient in all MS Office applications (intermediate or expert level for excel)
    • No Criminal Record or Charges.
    • Clear credit history.
    • No Disciplinary records.

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervisory Authority: make sure things happen, check if agreements in national company are implemented, offer support in case of difficulties
    • Support the KAM & LBAM with pricing, coordination of prices, make sure that all the pricing is implemented by all CSC and KAM
    • Processing of Tenders
    • Ensure that all Global deals is implemented on a national level
    • Process benchmarking and networking within the company & KAM
    • Handling of customer and supplier contracts (checking, documentation, process of signature, filing system)
    • Working out delivery concepts (e.g. logistic solutions, direct delivery concepts)
    • Support the KAM & LBAM with integration of digital systems, service and solutions (administration of portals)
    • Analyze customers where we can implement price increase
    • Responsible for international and national projects and reporting
    • Creation of shopping baskets/product list according to customer requirements
    • Creation and administration of customer hierarchy (Creation, payment and delivery conditions, VIP-code) Bonus/Commission calculation
    • Creation and communication of analysis (Sales, product and price lists, purchased articles, product range analysis and KPI-Reports)
    • Releasing of KA orders on SAP
    • Pipeline management for KAM & LBAM
    • Sales support to KAM & LBAM
    • Pricing framework Conditions (Preparation/Support KAM)
    • Meeting preparation (customer meetings, conferences etc.)
    • Customer Visits / ride longs (min 1 per month)
    • Assisting in offer preparation
    • Ensure that the National Business Development Manager is informed of progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, of your activity
