    Key Accounts Coordinator

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Matric
    • Diploma or degree in Sales and or Marketing will be an added advantage

    EXPERIENCE

    • 2 – 3 years key account coordinating and or account management experience in a similar environment

    • Key Account Managers
    • Product Managers
    • Channel Managers

    External:

    • Retail & Distribution Partners

    KPA / MAJOR TASKS

    • To coordinate the whole interface process between the customer and Samsung Mobile in the context of supplying mobile phones and wearables, working closely with the key account managers and SCM.
    • Coordinate and support sell in (GSCM) and sell out; orders, forecasts, delivery planning and stock in channel in conjunction with KAM’s, working closely with PM on GSCM, Supply Chain and planning alignment. Including Price loads & Reporting Sales Data for the Channel.
    • CORES coordination, loading, validation and processing for payment
    • Customer Relationship management at all levels of the channels
    • Keep the customer updated on the product road map and marketing activities

    KEY ACTIVITIES
    To holistically support the Key Account, channel and marketing Managers, coordinating and managing all aspects of supply chain planning, financial coordination, including but not limited to:

    • Responsible for loading of all Marketing requests on BQMS and follow up to EO issue and completion with marketing team. This function to be done in conjunction with KAM’s
    • Coordinate and support sell in and sell out; orders, forecasts, delivery planning and stock in channel' as well as updating of orders on DO File
    • Communicate between order desk/sales department and customer to keep stock management at key trends
    • Update the CORES system with various Marketing initiatives and track/validate claims in conjunction with KAM’s.
    • Listing of all new products on customer portals as required.
    • Ensuring all orders are loaded in the system at least two weeks before delivery date and track all PO’s through to delivery.
    • Communicate stock allocation and order status internally and externally
    • Update stock arrival communication and forecast for the channel
    • Weekly reporting on channel trends and sales tracking, including Analysis (DMS + Customer Reporting)
    • Weekly tracker for sales progress and ensuring final delivery takes place, risks to be communicated to Lead and KAM’s.
    • Communicating accurate expected closing figures to SCM, Lead and KAM’s.
    • Weekly delivery planning in advance on a current Week +1 basis
    • Review stock Turn Rates as well as Slow Moving Stock, evaluating stock levels with Samsung and Distributors.
    • Collect and analyse Distributor/retailer PSI and review with KAM’s
    • Weekly updates to Budget tracking sheet and sharing with relevant GBM and Lead.
    • Weekly consensus meeting with KAM and Product Team.
    • Ensure Monthly/weekly pricing is continuously updated as communicated by PM.
    • Confirm with the product managers on a regular basis regarding the launch time lines of a product and any product code or SKU changed and allocations
    • Secure 3 Month Rolling Forecast as well as 4 Week Frozen Period Invoice Plan
    • Ensure the completion and update of GSCM and GSBN on a weekly basis
    • Ensure Pricing is continuously updated
    • Provide Customer with the correct and detailed New Product Specification Sheet as well as the required TAC and EAN Codes
    • Weekly meeting with SCM, Trade marketing and TA / Product Team
    • Draw daily stock and sales report
    • Account Review Reporting

    REQUIRED SKILL & COMPETENCIES

    • Can manage stress

    Technical:

    • Knowledge of the Cellular Industry
    • Knowledge of Samsung products will be an added advantage
    • Must be PC Literate (Ms Office Packages)
    • The ability to learn new internal office systems quickly is essential. (i.e., GSBN, GSCM, CORES, SAP, e-office etc.)
