    Lead Business Analyst

    Lead Business Analyst

    The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for a team of Business Analysts, focussed on delivering the best productivity and delivery. This includes building strong relationships, and an approach focussed on constant improvement and review to provide the best ways of work.

    In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end business architecture, and will be required to work with the business stakeholders to consult on projects and work requests.

    Qualifications    

    • Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics or Information Systems or Business Management
    • qualification in Analytics, Informatics, Computer Science, Programming or Business
    • Facilitation/ Coaching qualification
    • IIBA

    Experience        

    • 5+ years in a Management role
    • 5+ years IT Experience
    • 5 years Business Analysis Techniques (IT)
    • 5 years Business Process Management
    • Business Requirements Writing
    • 3 Years People Management
    • 3 Years Quality Management
    • 3 Years Coaching & Mentoring
    • 3 years + Experience in projects related to tooling for professionals (e.g. Incident Management tools, Integration tools, release management tools, etc.)
    • 3-5 Years Experience in projects dealing with IT Specific environments, such as Information Security, Application Monitoring, Enterprise data management tools, Networks, and shared platforms etc.

    Knowledge and Skills     

    • 3+ years expert knowledge and experience in working in Agile methodologies
    • 3+ years Aris Tool
    • 5+ years Business Analysis and Process Knowledge
    • 3+ years Resource Allocation
    • 3+ Years People Development & Motivation
    • 3+ Years Team Management Principles
    • 5+ Years Comprehensive Knowledge of Business Requirements
    • 3+Years Client Business Processes (Business Retail)
