Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities across various departments and job roles.
Develop a comprehensive talent development roadmap that includes various learning modalities, such as workshops, e-learning, coaching, mentoring, and more.
Create and oversee the development of engaging and relevant training content that caters to different learning styles and levels of expertise.
Utilize instructional design principles to ensure the effectiveness of training materials, activities, and assessments.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to deliver specialized training sessions and

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
Proven experience in designing and implementing successful talent development
5+ years’ experience as HR, Training Specialist or L&D Level or higher.
Possess strong verbal and written communications
Proficiency in Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Understanding of BCEA, LRA, EE, Skills Development Act & South African tax laws
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant
Strong analytical and problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
