    Responsibilities

    • Conducting exit interviews and compiling termination documents.
    • Arrange and request ICAS bookings for employees.
    • Arranging the filing room and filing of new and existing employee documents.
    • Manage (Switchboard –Reception) calls & queries from time to time.
    • Distribution of HR items, certificates/materials to managers and send communication.
    • Assist with training bursary applications if required from time to time.
    • Assist with other tasks such as drafting employment contracts, if required.
    • Creating new employee files.
