Line Boring Assistant (Workshop Experience) at Bilnor Staffing Solutions

Job Purpose:

• To assist the Line Borer and Boilermakers with bucket rebuilds, line boring preparation and general workshop duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with line boring equipment setup and preparation.
• Assist with measuring, fitting and removing pins and bushes.
• Prepare components for welding, grinding and repairs.
• Assist with bucket rebuild and refurbishment work.
• Operate basic workshop tools under supervision.
• Assist with positioning and securing heavy components.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform general workshop duties as instructed.

Requirements:

• Grade 10–12.
• Workshop or mining experience advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
