Logistics Manager at Datacentrix

Primary Role Accountabilities:

• Stock Management : Stock takes (full and cycle) resolving of variances and reporting
• Stock Management : Client Owned Product and Offsite
• Staff Management : Performance Management & workload distribution
• Staff Management : Focused upskill of department managers and staff
• Staff Management : collate & implement internal and external training
• Security Management: Physical and Systems
• SHEQ compliance - ISO9001:2015/ISO14001:2015/ISO45001:2018
• SHEQ compliance : completion of departmental objectives, actions and risk registers
• SHEQ complianc : Participations in annual accreditation, surveillance and process audits
• SHEQ compliance : Root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions
• Process management : collation of training material, coordination of logistics communications
• Process Management : Drafting , implementing and maintaining relevant documents
• Process Management : Document storage aligned to policy
• Process management : all Internal(systems) and external (Client) projects
• Performance Management : Transaction analysis and query resolution
• Performance Management :Vendor and Contractor Management, including KPI measurement and meetings
• Performance Management : service deliverables (OLA), self-assessments and internal audits
• Performance Management : EXCO and Management reporting

Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Warehouse and Logistics Management (incl stock file management)
• EXCO and Holdings reporting and presentations
• Security management - physical (guards, dogs etc.) and systems (alarms etc.)
• SHEQ experience, ISO9001/14001/45001
• Identifying and providing Internal training
• End to end large project management
